MAURICE GEORGE C. TORRALBA

Atty. Maurice “Mau” C. Torralba is a tax and corporate lawyer of Carpo Law & Associates. His main practice areas of law are corporate, taxation, labor, intellectual property, banking and finance, as well as secondary licensing and registration.

Prior to joining the company, he worked as a Senior Associate at Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV), where he specialized in transfer pricing and gained experience handling tax assessments, requests for rulings from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and drafting tax advisories.

He completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management degree from De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde. He obtained his law degree from the Arellano University School of Law and became a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in 2022.

Mau had his apprenticeship with the judiciary and in a private law firm. He was also a member of the Arellano Law Athletics Society as well as the Managing Editor of the Arellano Law Gazette.
