Notice to the General Public on Fraudulent Service Agreements

Carpo Law & Associates attention has been drawn to the circulation of a service agreement allegedly issued by Carpo Law & Associates (CLA).

Carpo Law & Associates (CLA) or the Firm wishes to inform the general public that these circulating service agreements were not written and issued by the Firm and that the persons stated in the circulating service agreement are not connected and have no relations whatsoever with the Firm.

When service agreements are issued by CLA, only duly authorized representatives by the Firm sign these agreements. The Firm’s service agreements are always transparent and can be duly verified.

CLA wishes to remind the general public to be vigilant with these types of letters/agreements. The perpetrators will do anything to produce fake letterheads, names, and contact numbers to make their scams look convincing.

In this regard, the Firm strongly advises the public to be alert and to report to or consult the Firm and its duly authorized representatives first before making any commitment in response to these fraudulent service agreements.

Any person who deals with perpetrators of fraudulent service agreements do so at his/her own risk.
