COMMUNITY QUARANTINE 2021: Everything You Need to Know

Pursuant to Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Resolution No. 104, some of the major areas in the country are once again under a stricter General Community Quarantine (GCQ). Learn about the changes introduced by the recently-implemented resolution on March 21, 2021.

ALLOWED ACTIVITIES

  • Only essential travel into and out of the Subject Area
  • Public transportation shall remain operational subject to established capacities and protocols
  • Active transportation, e.g., bicycles
  • Private sector work arrangements (limited to only 30% to 50% on-site capacity)

 

LIMITED ACTIVITIES

  • Weddings, baptisms, and funeral services shall be limited to ten (10) persons
  • Dine-in restaurants, cafes, establishments shall be limited only for delivery, take-out, and outdoor or al fresco dining only
  • Outdoor dine-in restaurants (maximum of 50% capacity)
  • Personal care services (maximum of 50% capacity)

 

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

  • Mass gatherings
  • Religious gatherings
  • Face-to-face meetings 
  • Driving schools
  • Traditional cinemas
  • Video and interactive game arcades
  • Libraries
  • Archives
  • Museums
  • Cultural Centers
  • Social events and tourist attractions (except open-air tourist attractions)
  • Cockfighting/Cockpit operations
  • Visiting other households
